We are committed to creating innovative and personalized learning experiences for our students, with a focus on practical skills and real-world applications.

Humanism: This philosophy focuses on the importance of the individual and their unique experiences and needs. We are dedicated to creating a strong sense of community and support for our students, as well as their personalized approach to learning and career counseling.

Constructivism: This philosophy emphasizes the active role of the learner in constructing their own knowledge and understanding. We are committed to creating opportunities for our students to engage with and contribute to their own learning by interdisciplinary and market-oriented programs.

Behaviorism: This philosophy emphasizes the role of reinforcement and reward in shaping behavior and learning. While we may not subscribe to a strict behaviorist philosophy, we are committed to creating a positive and supportive learning environment.

Culturalism: This philosophy emphasizes the importance of culture and context in shaping learning and development. We are committed to creating global competence in our students.

Inquiry-based: This philosophy encourages students to ask questions, investigate, and explore in order to learn. We promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and student-led learning.

Place-based: This philosophy connects learning to the local environment and community, encouraging students to explore and learn from the world around them. We emphasize hands-on, experiential learning and encourage students to take an active role in their community.

Andragogy: This educational philosophy is focused on self-directed learning in adults. It recognizes that adult learners have different needs and motivations than children, and should be given more autonomy and flexibility in their learning. We believe that adults need to be involved in the planning and evaluation of their own learning and that learning should be relevant to their lives and experiences.

Experiential Learning: This philosophy emphasizes learning through experience, reflection, and application. We believe that students learn best when they are actively engaged in the learning process, and that learning is enhanced when students can relate what they are learning to their own lives and experiences. We encourage students to experiment, take risks, and learn from their mistakes.

Transformative Learning: This philosophy focuses on the idea that learning can be a transformative process, fundamentally changing the way individuals view themselves and the world around them. It emphasizes critical reflection and dialogue, as well as engaging with perspectives that may be different from one’s own. We encourage students to question their assumptions, beliefs, and values, and to become more self-aware and empowered as learners.
